Since day one, my experience with Lieber Mechanical has been perfect. Professional and courteous technicians that were on time and knowledgeable about their trade. After dealing with another company first I’m now a Lieber Mechanical customer. Jeremy finished the water heater project and then worked on a minor a/c issue. Super nice guy that got the job done.
Had an issue that popped up. Scheduled a call for Tuesday, received a call that they could fit me in the same day for no additional charge. Michael (Technician) came out, was able to locate the issue very quickly. Communicated well and discussed options with me that would keep costs low. Completely satisfied with his performance and would recommend Lieber as a whole to friends and family going forward.
I was very impressed by the service pricing and the membership perks Lieber offers. We had Michael come out for a routine check and was very comfortable with explaining all things "geothermal unit" that would usually be lost in translation. Our techs took the time to show and explain what they were looking at and we're not only professional but very friendly, like a neighbor would be.
I have been using Lieber Mechanical the last few years and have been happy with every service they have provided. Recently I had Michael Howell and Elijah Ingram come out to tuneup my AC and clean my water heater. They were both thorough and spent time going over everything they did. I recommend them and will continue using Lieber Mechanical for all future needs.
I had a fantastic experience with Lieber Mechanical LLC. They recently replaced the gas control valve on my water heater. Although the first part they ordered ended up being faulty and the supplier was closed for the day, Lieber Mechanical went above and beyond—they contacted the supplier and convinced them to open up just to help replace the defective valve.
