Can not seem to get this practice to understand that I do not want to use out of network providers for my care, but that does not seem to intest them. Apparently, what is important to the patient is of little interest to them. They only seem to send all referral to Advent providers even if you have insisted to them that your insurance will not cover the bill and you must use covered providers. This is irrelevant to them. Doctor's change all the time. There are some better than others.You' d think they'd do what other Dr. offices do and offer televisits which would be a GREAT HELP to seniors, especially some who have to make transportation arrangements but NO.........Good luck.
My doctor has changed three times in the last 6 months. Booked a new appointment online. Showed up to the office and they told me they tried to call me but the appointment was no good. So now I am without my medication and have to wait for another month and a half to get a new patient appointment. Office staff was no help
I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this office. I originally needed to schedule my visit for an annual physical, but due to excessive lab orders in the system, I was quoted hundreds of dollars at Quest for what should have been routine preventive bloodwork.
