This was my first time calling for a Rx, my sciatic is acting up and my physical therapist mentioned I should get some medication- I'm going to physical therapy for a fractured knee. I called 11:00 Friday and by 2:30 Friday was told that the doctor would call something in for me. Now it's 2:30 Saturday and the pharmacy has no knowledge of any of this- so now I realize it will be Monday which is three more days of pain 😣 I wanted some relief, I am not happy about this outcome 🤨😖

I’ve never felt like less of a person. They won’t even let you get a word in edgewise. I’m trying to talk to her to tell her what was going on and it was I don’t know. Do you want to speak to my supervisor and just put me on hold? No, I didn’t want to speak to your supervisor. I just wanted you to answer my question. Yuri is an amazing doctor she opened my eyes to the reality of how others were failing me without telling me directly. I only had one other doctor but the other lady moved on to other things as we all do. As someone who is working on herself I am grateful.
