Jack quoted us a price of $30 for polishing a Cartier bracelet on the phone. When we got there, he said it would take an hour. But about 10 minutes later, he called us and said it was ready! The bracelet looks amazing, and he charged us $22 less than the quote. Overall, we had a great experience.
Always happy with Jack and Lydia! They are trustworthy, patient and honest which goes a long way in this business. Never pushed me into a sale and always handled my concerns with integrity. They’ve customized and fixed jewelry for me and I found them through my friends who wear their pieces that always catch my eyes. Thank you!! —Fatima Sheikh
Lidya had a booth at our Relay for Life event. I was there honoring my mother who I recently lost to cancer. I spotted my mother's birthstone and had a bracelet made immediately. Quick and painless. Its with me forever now! Thank you.
Second time they overcharge me. They say one price then when you go to pick up and pay they say another price. My friend went with the same problem and they charged her way less than they quoted me. Then second time I went to get my necklace re stringed and she told me $25. The guy called me and said it’s ready for pickup and it’s $25. I went to to pick it up and has to pay $50. There’s cheaper jewelry repair places. If you go just make sure to pay first or ask to write price on receipt for proof
