I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Lidya Bal’s office today. I had an early morning appointment and arrived shortly after the scheduled time due to being stuck behind several school buses. I even tried calling the office to let them know I was running late, but I was on hold the entire time and still hadn’t reached anyone by the time I got there. Dr Bal is great! She listens, cares, and does everything she is supposed to do. I have had extreme challenges with other primary care doctors and she is by far the best I have ever had!
Dr. Bal is excellent! It is aggravating that she only works mornings. However, the receptionists are incompetent and rude, whether it be while on the phone or in person.
Dr. Bal makes someone who has avoided going to doctors for years feel at ease and not intimidated, but listened to & encouraged to take care of their health. She is a blessing to the medical community!
