I came in for my first visit after years of not having a primary care physician or visiting a doctor’s office. Dr. Bal was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She explained everything to me clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My mom recommended her, and I am truly excited to build a long-term doctor-patient relationship. The receptionists were also wonderful helpful, attentive, and welcoming.

I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Lidya Bal’s office today. I had an early morning appointment and arrived shortly after the scheduled time due to being stuck behind several school buses. I even tried calling the office to let them know I was running late, but I was on hold the entire time and still hadn’t reached anyone by the time I got there. Dr Bal is great! She listens, cares, and does everything she is supposed to do. I have had extreme challenges with other primary care doctors and she is by far the best I have ever had!
