I am very unsatisfied. I have been unsatisfied with this service but I am a renter. It took for one of their employees to pee on my camera on my property for the real estate to see how truly unprofessional they are. They set dates yet come unannounced and arrive when they want to. I never could even identify who was coming. Not sure if this is how they treat renters but it’s not right. Horrible service. I would not take a chance.
Simply the best from top to bottom. Whether it's weekly service or mechanical fixes, you can not only count on Lido, you can trust them. That's huge in my book. Friendly, fair prices, responsive and thorough. Locally owned, it's the best pool service we've ever had!
