Felt that it was sloppy rushed and expensive for this type of work. Especially the nails. Other salons take their time and especially when doing the massage/callus removal. I pointed specifically to the gel color I wanted and she put the wrong color on one finger (lucky just one) before asking if I liked the color and I said that is not the color I chose. I book my nail services with Ingrid. I appreciate that she takes her time and my gel x sets last longer than expected. With nail salons in every corner one can appreciate when the nail tech takes their time and the work is quality.
Very expensive. They charged an extra $10 for cuticle cut which should have been included with the Manicure. The pedicure was basic. I walked out paying over $100.
