One can catch a glimpse of the yachts of the rich and famous especially during the annual New Port Boat Show. The village has a number of laid back restaurants and lounge bars as well as shower facilities, laundromats, restrooms and grocery stores for those on a day long picnic. It is open to the general public all year round.

The transformation is fantastic, DJM has knocked it out of the park with this amazing property! I'm looking forward to the restaurants opening. The boutique style stores are fabulous and the shop owners are so engaging it makes me want to stay there longer. I love the fact that there are valet is there to park my car.
