This cleaners took a couture pair of pants and stretched them 4 inches!!! They are unwearable, totally destroyed. If that isn't bad enough they lost a beautiful evening blouse that I was having cleaned for a upcoming wedding. In both cases they were arrogant and unapologetic... This is the first review I've ever been compelled to write. I'm very frustrated and hoping to spare someone else from this place.
Someone manually keyed in my father's credit card number from this store and charged to it. I live in Texas. There is no way I get my dry cleaning done in NY. Beware!
Superb services,I’ll no trust my Brioni suits to anyone else,all is first class about this place, people,quality of work etc highly recommended,fair prices for high quality work cheers
They gave me my shirts with stains that weren't on there when I brought them into the cleaners. Way over priced for what looks like a poor rush job.
