Someone ran a stop sign causing damage to my hood and my grill. I called the guys at Lido based on a friend's recommendation and the reviews on line. I'm so glad I did. The entire team is awesome. John did an excellent job. Repaired my VW in under 3 hours and the quote provided was accurate. Very honest shop. Will recommend to friends.
I saw someone else say that five stars is not enough, and I couldn't agree more. Someone drove by my wife's open car door and barely hit it, resulting in a bent hinge that didn't allow the door to close smoothly. She took the car to another local auto body who seemed to completely embellish the severity of the damage. "We have to take off the door, the quarter panel, and the bumper to even access the repair point. Before we even get started it's going to cost you $1300 in just labor." Run don't walk to this body shop if you need any body work done on your car!!! I literally just got home from picking up my car and had to share how wonderful they are. All the guys here are so professional, thorough, helpful, and cordial. They always answer the phone to address any questions you might have.
