For the past three years, I have taken my mother to see Dr.Lajoie. My experience in these past three years has always been pleasant, but in my most recent visit to the office, I encountered one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences from a physician's office. I came in with my mother for a 10am appointment and waited over three hours.
