Steer clear of this salon. The service was highly unprofessional, and they engaged in deceptive practices. Initially quoted one price, they unexpectedly raised it later on. Despite showing them a picture, they completely misunderstood what I wanted. When I asked for corrections, they demanded additional payment only at checkout. I paid the originally agreed amount, but they threatened to involve the police. My hair turned out disastrous; I paid $50 for light curls but received none. Me and my friends hair came out HORRIBLE. we walked in for a blow out each and was originally told it would be $50 for me since my hair was longer and $40 for my girl. At the end they charged me $60 and I’ve never had such a bad blow out with curls in my life. My friend (red haired) they tried charging $70!! Because they added curls in her hair. Which made no sense cus my hair is longer and they tried charging her more, schemers! She refused to pay that and only paid $50 and they threatened to call the cops on us. Never agai... read more
