The energy in the group classes is infectious, and the coaches are incredible at keeping everyone motivated while ensuring your form is spot on. 195 workouts in 2025 💪🎉 Still can’t believe that number… but I know exactly why it happened. Finding Lidia's Group Fitness changed everything. Fun workouts, tons of variety, and the BEST people. Supportive, encouraging, and somehow making hard workouts feel fun (most of the time 😅). So grateful for this community and all the strength, laughs, and sweat along the way 🫶🔥
If you’re looking for a gym that gives you support, guidance and encouragement this is the gym for you! Lidia's Group Fitness is truly a “No judgement zone “ and one of camaraderie and support for your fitness journey. There are classes that meet every age group and fitness level. I have trained with Lidia and all the instructors for several years. They have been there for me in all my highs and lows in my journey and I can tell you that they have brought me to my very best with their commitment. Come have fun with us 💪😊
