Lidia is a fantastic Bowen therapist. I have a physical job and throughout the years Lidia has helped me with joint and muscle pain. I will continue going to her for Bowen therapy as she always sorts me out!

I have been seeing Lidia my reflexology and Bowen therapist for over 7 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Over the years, I’ve had everything from regular maintenance appointments every six months to therapeutic massage when I’ve needed a little extra care and attention.
