Fantastic Service from the Lidgett Garage Team. No hassle. Booked it in & they did what I asked them to do & did a good job. Something seems very strange with one of the reviews posted. Sounds like they were having a bit of a bad day or an out of body experience ( don't believe everything you read )

Visited this garage recently and the service from the lady behind the desk was disgusting, taking her attitude out on customers is unprofessional, this was the first and last time I will visit this garage the state my car left the garage in was worse than it went in, Will never visit this garage again! Personally wouldn’t rate it a 1 it would be rated a 0 if had the option to do so. AVOID…
The lady at the front desk is lovely. It's a shame I can't say the same for the individuals that work on the cars. Apparently, my car failed it's MOT drastically. 9 failures, 8 advisories. I called to ask what it had failed on and no one could tell me. Asked for a price for the work doing, no one could tell me Arrived to collect my car and the person that did the MOT wasn't available to speak to, but the other person made a B-Line to speak to my husband, even though it is my car and I had booked it in.
