Stephanie is absolutely amazing! She is the most knowledgeable physical therapist I have ever met. She is very kind and caring and sent me with at home exercises. I left feeling 1 million times better than when I walked in. I highly recommend her and her staff.
About 3 weeks before LOTOJA I started having some nagging left knee/leg pain. Stephanie was fantastic about explaining the problem and providing me a solution to keep me on the bike and training for race day! Stephanie understands cycling/sport and communicates in a way to address, manage, and correct the issues. I sincerely appreciate Stephanie's help. It was the best decision I made!
Stephanie worked with me to create a plan for therapy at my home as well as the center. Very professional and dedicated to getting her patients back to life.
