Indian lady at the reception was very blunt and rude. Kept speaking over me and her attitude was just disgraceful for someone representing a government clinic. Don't know why they thought she was the right person for this job. They really need to look into this.
As a patient, I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the receptionist. The attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and lacking basic courtesy. A welcoming and respectful approach is important, especially in a healthcare setting, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was extremely disrespectful, rude, and completely lacking basic professionalism. Their attitude toward customers was unacceptable and made the entire experience unpleasant. Customer service starts at reception, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst interactions I have experienced.
