Disappointed We are seriously disappointed with LID. The women working as our design supervisor has been confrontational, argumentative and rude. When I would telephone to ask a billing question I never once was able to get the person handling the billing to return my phone calls. We have had an on-going problem with the motion sensor for the landscape lighting. It hasn't worked correctly for six month now. The technician has worked on the system on more then a dozen occasions. Each time he says it is fixed - it never is.
