Landscape LID has gained prominence in Boulder in the past few years. They have a knowledgeable staff and reliable workers. Their designs can be indredibly inspired.
Disappointed We are seriously disappointed with LID. The women working as our design supervisor has been confrontational, argumentative and rude. When I would telephone to ask a billing question I never once was able to get the person handling the billing to return my phone calls. We have had an on-going problem with the motion sensor for the landscape lighting. It hasn't worked correctly for six month now. The technician has worked on the system on more then a dozen occasions. Each time he says it is fixed - it never is.
