I took my truck to Licona’s Auto Repair & Transmissions, and after their so-called “diagnosis” I was told my transmission was destroyed. They claimed the torque converter had come apart and my only options were a $5,000 rebuild or a $7,000 replacement. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. Tri-City actually diagnosed the issue correctly, it turned out to be a hydraulic leak. They fixed it for $1,200, and my truck is running perfectly. Beyond EXCELLENT. They replaced my grandpas car transmission and programmed in no time, and detected another problem it had in the engine and fixed it as well.
