Bo and Kathy Welch are absolutely first rate builders. The process is so enjoyable when you are dealing with honest and fair people. I just moved into my house and could not be more pleased with the home. Bo builds an absolutely stunning home, with top quality finishes and attention to detail. If you are looking for a home in the area I could not recommend Licking Valley highly enough.

If i could give 0 stars i would. We had some issues with the new house as soon as we moved in (cracks in the foundation, cabinets not installed properly, doors are not level). Have tried to contact this builder numerous times without any response. Who is going to fix these issues? This is a new house. we are the first owners. We are filing a complaint with the state against this builder.
