Galloway is USELESS. I called 3 separate times today due to an individual I take care of having seizures. Due to how many he had today we squaded him out. Still at almost 4 pm NOTHING from this ‘neurologist’ and her nurse is rude. Would not recommend.
Spent 2 weeks trying to get an appointment. My insurance even called on my behalf and the very rude woman who by the looks of the other reviews must hate her job hung up on the insurance agent who called in for me. What a horrible person to do what she has done to what appears to be many people. Wish I could say something about the doctor but I was never able to get an appointment or a call to him. Go elsewhere is at all possible!
Everyone was so nice. The procedure was painful but it wasn't their fault. Jo was my nurse and she was awesome!
Dr was very pleasant, listened carefully to me. She had me tested for EEG, haven't gotten results yet. It's. A wait and see if she can help me
Very rude. Ten days after my PCP submitted a referral I hadn’t heard back from them. I called them to follow up. I was told we’re very busy and we’re scheduling out 6-months. I asked why they hadn’t gotten in touch to schedule an appointment. Again, “we’re very busy”. My advice? Run the other direction as fast as you can and find another neurologist.
