If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurse named Jamie is so rude, dismissive, and patronizing. The receptionists are oblivious and are no help. Dr. Seipel and the Nurse practitioner make you jump through hoops to even be able to speak with them. This is the worst source of care anyone can receive. If there was a no Star that would be my choice... called to speak to an on call Dr due to my symptoms progressing not only was the nurse rude the Dr (Andrew Seipel) was very unprofessional and sarcastic! Told me that if my Dr wanted me to have a chest X-ray she would have ordered one! Even know my Dr told me to call the on call Dr for question or concerns....Just wait till the nurse I was sitting with I urgent care reports him for negligence!
