Dr. Palani is a wonderful doctor. Very patient and caring. Always goes the extra mile to make sure I understand his recommendations/orders. Answers all questions, never rushes me during visits. Office staff have all been wonderful as well. Highly recommend.
I’m a type 1 diabetic and a truck driver, which means I depend on timely, flexible care. Licking Memorial Endocrinology has failed me repeatedly. Refills are never put in automatically. When I call, my requests are ignored for days—by the time anything is sent, I’m already hundreds of miles away from the location I requested. I'm a type 1 diabetic truck driver. No diabetic refills put in automatically, when I call my refill requests are ignored for days until I'm already a thousand miles away from my requested refill location. When I go to a pharmacy always no refills. After hours will not help with refills for specialist medication even though the system is failing. This place sucks.
