Dropped my 14 year old off to play indoor basketball with his friends, I gave him my card to pay since I didn’t have cash and they denied him entry because the card didn’t “Belong to him” he tried to tell them it’s his moms card and I was on the phone they told him it’s “Illegal”. We have gone many times and paid by card with no issues. Whoever was running the front desk must enjoy profiling kids to feel in control. I have been going here off and on for 10 years so let me give you my honest opinion. One thing that has clearly never changed is how mean some of these staff members are. Maybe they hate their jobs. Idk. Then the way they favor the elderly is mind boggling. The workout equipment is only upgraded to benefit the elderly or the cardio focused people.
