Briana was a diamond in the rough! I had contacted several cleaning companies with mixed results and almost universally poor response times. Briana got back to me via phone and text immediately and kept in constant communication throughout the entire day until I had what I needed! …and it was a great vibe. It wasn’t a used car salesman vibe where she was desperately trying to simply make a sale. She really wanted me to get the service that I needed…fantastic customer service!
