I have been a victim of this company. I live in canada and it is going to be almost move then two years. I tried to don my trade registration throw this company and USPTO request them to provide some clarification but this company never responded them. I tried to contact them thousands times throw call, email and message but they never respond. Finally USTPO rejected my application. If you’re here because you’re thinking about renting an apartment from Prince St. Management. STEER CLEAR of ANY property from this management company. Not only will they threaten you, their agents will, and so will their super while you live there. Black mold, mice, and light fixture leaks galore. Constant parties on the roof. The super puts a bandaid on all the problems in the apt which has forced their tenants to move out. It’s unlivable and breaking so many laws.
