Not too happy with Lichti's. I've been without a wash machine for 18 days. It took them, 11 days just to come look at it. Then we went another 8 before fixing it! For a family of 5, in the middle of goat birthing season, that's a lot of dirty clothes. The machine was still under warranty, so nobody else would come out to look at it. I'm still going to buy a speedqueen next time, but I'm done with Lichtis! Furniture, appliances, you name it....DONE.
