Horrible experience! Travelled some distance to view a car, which I had informed them I was doing so they were aware I was coming. It is an horrendous place to find however that is an aside that I guess the dealer can't really rectify. However on getting there and setting eyes on the vehicle. All four tyres were flat, and it was absolutely filthy, both inside and out. Terrible customer service, beware of buying from these guys, would not reccomend
*****BEWARE***** I recently purchased what I thought was a lovely Mercedes from Lichfield Autos, the process was smooth and the guys there were friendly. However, 3 days into ownership the car broke down, AA diagnosed fault with the engine, I returned to them and they kept the car for a few days and asked me to collect the car saying it was a sensor and fixed. Bought a car from here, engine management light came on the week after collecting it. Dealer has ignored my texts, phonecalls and voicemails since. AVOID.
Bought a vehicle in January, within 24hrs car dropped all it's coolant, no help from garage, vehicle then went into limpmode, garage advised I take it to a local garage which I did, multiple faults on the vehicle, garage offered to fix the one causing a issue with the car and would at a later date fix the other issue ( once we know the car isn't going into limpmode) I chased the garage for weeks to fix the glow plugs and got ignored. Then the turbo goes, garage is demanding i take the car back to them 3hrs+ which isn't legal... read more
