Our original booking was at the Stonebridge Inn, chosen based on a positive past experience with Hyatt. However, upon arrival, the room we were assigned had an unpleasant odor. We promptly requested a room change, only to discover that the hotel was fully booked. This situation was rather frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. We had an amazing stay at Lichenhearth! Although some hair is stuck on the pillow, overall it's quite good. They've got some leftover shampoo, soap, dry shampoo etc. Cooking pan, glass, bowls and they pretty much have everything! The coffee machine is good too. During the day, the room is a little bit dark as ours were not facing the sun which was good for us as well. Thank you very much for everything! - we enjoyed the board games too!
