They heat damaged my hair on my last visit. I specifically asked for heat protection spray before styling & she barely used it on my hair. She also used no leave in conditioner before styling. The style came out ugly & when I got in the car I could tell my hair was not washed well enough to remove old product. This type of service is not worth the $85 plus $10 tip I paid. They do not care about the health of your hair. I won’t be back.

I went for my first time and everyone was very kind. The prices were on the wall (and reasonable!) when you walked in, and the building was secure. I got a great hair wash from Pamela and my hair was rolled quickly. Josefina blew out my hair and did a great job styling it. The shop was clean and I saw staff cleaning the bowl, chairs, and floor throughout my time there. I will be back :)

I didn’t even got the service yet when I was calling for hair extensions price and to hear Licet husband speak to me in such unprofessional way mind you I was calling to check the price I’m not there customer and won’t ever be specially when you don’t know how to talk to people over the phone obviously is not a favor that you’re doing people are paying for your service y te lo dije en ingles como tu actitud asquerosa para que lo puedas entender.
