I have been here a half dozen times and will continue to come back. Licet and her entire staff and very sweet. They all take their time to make sure that they are taking care of you. Even though I don’t ask for much, they are very attentive. I love that. I also love that I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes to get started. Even though I make an appointment, you really don’t need to. They’ll fit you in on the fly.
How people forget where they come from You should not treat your long time customers like they’re nothing and the shampoo girls take certain people because they tip more it’s really sad I’ve been coming to this person for a long time and now she always wants to put me off on someone else like you’re been doing my hair for years not understanding when shit goes to you head. So sad 👎🏼 will not be going back!!
They heat damaged my hair on my last visit. I specifically asked for heat protection spray before styling & she barely used it on my hair. She also used no leave in conditioner before styling. The style came out ugly & when I got in the car I could tell my hair was not washed well enough to remove old product. This type of service is not worth the $85 plus $10 tip I paid. They do not care about the health of your hair. I won’t be back.
