These guys are the real deal. I had a complicated repair but rather than giving up and replacing my whole unit, James became a parts detective and found the solution, saving me thousands of dollars.

Licensed to Chill has been our exclusive HVAC repair and replacement company for almost 40 years. We trust them with our residential and commercial properties and have never been disappointed. Their service and installation field personnel perform excellent work; and their office staff ensures that you are kept apprised of “the what, the when, and the how much” your air conditioning and heating repair or replacement will be. Excellent!
We noticed our air not cooling at about 11:30 at night and eventually around 4 am it got up to almost 80. We got in contact with Keith and he had TJ out before 8 o’clock in the morning and had everything back up in running in about 30 minutes. I can’t thank everyone in this company enough, super nice professional people that do a professional job. 10/10
