Absolutely brilliant workmanship and great customer service.
Licensed To Chill Air Conditioning have been amazing to work with. They provided excellent guidance on how to control our home thermally. L2C installed a ducted system in our second-storey roof and a separate ducted system beneath our house. The installers were friendly, professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend Licensed To Chill.
Absolutely disgaceful quoted to fix aircon at $3500 then asked body corporate of fund $1700 then asked the client for $2200 aircon worked for maybe 30 mins and they left. Slow response to service requests and poor outcomes. Don't turn up on time - I waited 3.5 hours and they seemed to be multitasking on other things rather than working out the job.
We were very happy with the service and promptness of Licensed to Chill recently . They were very responsive to our need for urgent replacement of our old A/C and their technician Jed was very good and pleasant to deal with. Poor service. The technician inspected the air con for a couple of minutes only and started to advertise a new unit and charged me $330 and left. The team even didn’t back to me for the repair although I told them it is cold and we need repair urgently. I never ever recommend them. They just care about money.
