When I booked the service I advised what the problem was, the technician came and confirmed what was the problem but he didn’t have the part. He advised that the office would order the part and provide a quote to fix. I am now being told I should have to pay for the service call which told me what I what I already knew and with advising when or how much the repairs would cost.
Terrible service. Attended multiple times to fix the problem and could not resolve. Poor communication throughout. Went elsewhere to get resolution.
Matt attended the residential complex, conducted a thorough inspection and provided a comprehensive report including solutions. Very professional to deal with.
