New install of fully ducted system on new floor addition and G floor renovation in Lane Cove. Licence to Chill worked with me and AddStyle Builders to coordinate the staged installation. Very reasonable price. Good quality install. And I got no Variations which was great.

A technician attended a scheduled maintenance visit, did no actual work, and invoiced me $671. I later received a “visual inspection only" report and an additional quote of $800 to replace a broken plastic clip. Shortly after, my indoor units began leaking water from the ceiling onto the carpets. When I contacted the company, I was told there was no availability to return in December. I am beyond furious to warn fellow business owners about this disgrace of a company. Licensed To Chill Air Conditioning was given the trust to service four air-conditioning units at a 24-hour commercial facility in Kogarah, and what did they do? Absolutely nothing!!! They showed up for the initial call-out and then scheduled a second visit they had zero intention of keeping.
