Had a replacement ducted air installed. Jett was fantastic! Great service and communication. .
A technician attended a scheduled maintenance visit, did no actual work, and invoiced me $671. I later received a “visual inspection only" report and an additional quote of $800 to replace a broken plastic clip. Shortly after, my indoor units began leaking water from the ceiling onto the carpets. When I contacted the company, I was told there was no availability to return in December. I am beyond furious to warn fellow business owners about this disgrace of a company. Licensed To Chill Air Conditioning was given the trust to service four air-conditioning units at a 24-hour commercial facility in Kogarah, and what did they do? Absolutely nothing!!! They showed up for the initial call-out and then scheduled a second visit they had zero intention of keeping. What a difference 2 years makes. I reviewed this company with 5 stars just 2 years ago after receiving excellent service. Unfortunately I contacted them regarding a service 6 weeks ago, but no reply. Today I called regarding a breakdown fault. The person on the telephone (Shaun?) seemed more interested in selling me a replacement unit than sending a technician. Despite promises of a call back to schedule, no call has been received. Quite disappointing really.
