We’ve used License to Chill on multiple occasions. They are always responsive, fair, informative, and have quick turnaround time. Nice, helpful, professional people. We recently had a mini split installed by them and are so happy!

The company was very responsive. The owner tried to walk me through resetting the ac on the phone so I would not need a tech to come to the house, but, when that did not work, the tech came after hours and was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked consistently on the issues that needed to be addressed until it was completely fixed keeping me fully informed throughout the process. We paid the late evening price for the repair but that was to be expected. It was not, therefore, unreasonable.
