I went to Mississauga location and got 2 treatments as advised, paid heavily. Went home. 10 days later I found 2 lice again from my head. I reached out twice asking the lady to do my treatment, she asked me to call her I couldn’t as was at work. I left her a text to let me know. She left me on read. Bravo
Daughter was checked and diagnosed with lice. I asked to to checked as well on short notice and Gi was able to fit me in... Low and behold, I had lice too. I'm thankful Gi was able to see us and assist us right away. She is very kind and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend LS Squad.
Great service here! Staff was kind, helpful, and patient with my kid. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here!
Feb. 27 4pm appointment at 1146 Westport Cr Mississauga. Arrived at 3:57pm, door locked, lights out. Telephoned & woman say she'd get there in 15 minutes. She arrived at 4:25pm - NO APOLOGY NO EXPLANATION. Ironically, wall clock was also wrong - one hour later than actual. Washroom garbage can full & overflowing. Hope the lice treatment is better than above!
