I'd love to be able to give you business but I've filled out the forms 3x over 2 days, filled everything out correctly. nothing. So I called this morning 3 hours ago to book over the phone and was told someone would get in touch with me within 45 minutes. Apparently they don't want your business. **Edit** called back and was told she'd call me back in 15 mins before they closed. Never got a phone call .....again. I'm not understanding these 5 star reviews. I can't even get a response for an appointment
Trina at Lice Squad is a true superhero. We've had the kids bring home lice twice and both times, Trina has remedied the situation. Last night she worked overtime to squeeze us in and we are so thankful. This service is worth every penny. As much as I recommend coming here to fix your lice problem, I hope to never come back - hahahaha!!!!
Took my two daughters to the Lice Squad Clinic and had a great experience. Trina was so sweet, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Very helpful and reasonably priced
Let me just say that Trina and the lice squad are priceless! After two Nix uses, four hours and a very upset child (and mom), we called Trina up. Not only did she get us in as soon as possible, she also helped me through the follow up stage via text when I had a question or fear of lingering transients. If your household ends up with lice, don’t buy the over the counter stuff (it doesn’t work), put the money to Trina. She’ll sort out the first bout and get you set for the return to school/daycare and any follow up treatment.... read more
