We had an amazing experience, very professional services and amazing with both kids and parents. Staff is super friendly and are great at making you feel comfortable in a very stressing situation I strongly recommend this place.
Lisa was incredible. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my booking request on New Year’s Day which was very helpful and surprising. Their services are expensive but she was very straightforward about that and in my opinion it was totally worth it to learn from a professional and have a little more peace of mind in a scary situation. I could not recommend Liz enough, she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to educate them and also ease their stress and worry!!! You will not be disappointed by going to see her! We are in Toronto and she helped my mom in Ottawa and has been helping me from there!!! Honestly she is amazing!!!!!!
Very patient with the children and great with explaining what to do moving forward.
