It was our first run-in with lice and Simran from LS put our mind at ease with her knowledge and customer service. As she was checking all of us and then providing treatments to those of us who were affected, she walked me through what each stage of the lice life cycle looked like as well as how to be aware of what to look for in the future. Gigi, was very helpful and professional. I felt very relieved after receiving both treatments. She was very informative and educated me on the timeline of how long I’ve potentially had lice. She was reassuring and made me feel very relaxed trying to minimize the stress of the situation. She also mentioned that teachers can get reimbursed from the school which was helpful.
