For the person who gave a bad review, we have to respect people who would even do this for anyone that is not their own kid and it takes the whole house to be deep cleaned like quarantine couches after spraying lice poison, throw away all pillows, plushies and toys in bags for two weeks, high heat wash and dry all towels and linens and staying away from playing with kids until the source is eradicated..you can treat lice all day on a person but if don't follow up with the home being completely deep cleaned, it will come back... read more

Went there in January. Was absolutely blown away by how awesome the idea of this was. I had two kids with lice. The first time I went, they got rid of the lice, and i bought the products for aftercare, followed all instructions, lice free for about two months. Now they're back. Both kids. I contacted the owner, and she took 25% off, which I felt fairly reasonable, but this soon after treatment, it should have been free. I spend $400 for both kids in January already.
