OMG. These women are amazing. I called at 7pm at night and Cris answered the phone. "My 5 year old has lice!" I blurted. Cris was calm, she talked me through what to do, what not to do, what to worry about, and what to not worry about. She scheduled someone to be at my house the next morning. Mona showed up at 9am and was warm and incredibly knowledgeable. She checked my 3 year old, and myself.
