Casey was great! She answered our call immediately and met us at the clinic. Treated my daughter and checked my boys. Grateful for her help!
After multiple failed home treatments and still having issues with nits in my daughter’s thick curly hair, we decided to go to a professional and I was told this place was the best around! We filled out the inquiry the night before and Casey texted immediately. We went in the next day and Casey and her daughter had us in and out in 45 minutes lice free! Casey was SO kind and easy to work with. She accommodated my needs with same day services! Both myself and my 2 year old god daughter had lice. The child's being the worst of course, we were both checked and then treated quickly and easily. Casey educated me on all of the details about lice, how to kill it, and what our after care steps were. She answered all 1,000 of my questions politely and seemed happy to help us. 🙂 Id give 10 stars if Google would let me! The peace of mind she provides is unmatched 🙌
My mother, daughter, and myself all had to have treatment after a couple of failed at home treatments. I can't stress to you enough to just go ahead and do this treatment and save yourself some time, money, and stress. I did purchase home spray & detangler spray with a mint preventive and I am highly happy with both products. We returned after a couple of weeks to be rechecked for some comfort and all is well. This was a very friendly place, very clean, and I loved the atmosphere! Nevaeh was the best she made us feel like family! I hope I don't need it again, but I know where to go if I need to!
