I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now...My kids brought lice home just before Mother's Day and our entire family spent a day at "the spa." Rhonda and Vinceana were FANTASTIC. They were gentle and calming to the entire family. They were thorough in their checks, finding lice in 4 out of the 5 of us. We had a full treatment and continued with the protection plan which helped when it resurfaced a few months later. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this place—I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know! The staff, especially Vinceanna, were incredibly warm and welcoming. She made me feel completely comfortable and walked me through every step of the process with such kindness. Having lice is definitely not an ideal situation, but coming to a clinic that specializes in treatment was such a relief. It’s not only a brilliant idea, but also such a time saver and stress reliever.
Rhonda was wonderful! One of our children had it over a week. We also got the rest of the family screened. Two of us came back negative. Honestly, I was skeptical of being told we had it when we don’t for them to make that $$$$, but that wasn’t the case. Grateful for Honesty!
Rhonda was so informative and kind through the whole process.
