When trying to make appointment I spoke with a lady that was rude , snappy , and spoke in a very condescending manner . When telling her a bit of what was going on she responded by telling me I just needed a screening and telling me I should see a physician because it sounded like I didn’t have lice . I told her I’ve had lice for a year and she responded by telling me if that were true my head would be covered in lice and eggs. I immediately started crying and became very upset .
