In a panic on a Saturday afternoon when I discovered my teen picked up lice somewhere & was now infested at this point, my family member called Laurie for me while I was frantically cleaning up the lice I found in our home. She was great with the kids. They were anxious about the whole process and she put their minds at ease. After the comb out she didn't pressure us into any options just gave us all the facts.
Laurie is amazing!!! She has never once tried to diagnose anyone with any mental illness, or spoken about anything other than lice. She HAS directed people to seek a physicians advice when needed. She shares her infinite knowledge with desperate and very anxious people dealing with head lice, free of charge. Which she doesn’t need to do. At all! Excellent experience at Appleton location. Very knowledgeable, thorough and has lots of stuff to keep kids entertained during lengthy sessions. Highly recommend!!
Laurie was so knowledge and helpful - texting me back at night when we first found the lice. She gave us the information we needed until we were able to come in the following day to use her services. She provided different options on how to take care of the situation and let us choose what worked best for us. She had a nice, clean facility for our children to be in while being checked out. We definitely recommend and would use again if needed-but hope we don't have to.
