Laurie was truly incredible. From start to finish, so informative, educated us and put our minds at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone that has even a minor concern about the risks of HL. The screening is very well worth it and then the option of the heated therapy is well worth the peace of mind! Thank you Laurie!!
I typically don’t leave reviews, however, I can’t say enough about how friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional Laurie is!!! Not to mention how flexible she is when accommodating last minute appointments. I have all boys and have been a mother for 19 years and have yet to deal with Lice in my adult life (had once as a child) or with any of my children. Laurie was amazing with my family and I! This is not an easy situation to deal with but Laurie made us feel so comfortable. She is so knowledgeable and helped calm us! Highly recommend for a one and done treatment!
Laurie was extremely accommodating and made this unfortunate situation the most pleasant it possibly could have been. We are grateful she could screen and treat our entire family within a day of reaching out and on a Sunday. She had plenty of options to keep the kids occupied and happy during the treatment. This is a review of the online shop as well the owner herself. We had a lice scare during camp and Laurie is incredibly kind, responsive and generous with her time answering questions online. The shop is very easy to use and products shipped promptly with easy to follow instructions. We haven’t had to use them yet, but I am ready and prepared in the event of actually finding anything. I’m very grateful and could not recommend highly enough.
