I paid for 3 head checks and 1 full treatment, but nits and even a live louse were later found that had been missed. As a mother, when these things happen you go into panic mode and just want the issue dealt with promptly and correctly. I understand nothing can be perfect, but when something goes wrong you expect corrective measures to be taken — and this is where I felt Lice Buster dropped the ball.
Gihan did such a great job. she was on time, she was very kind and was very fast.
I can't thank Amy and her team enough for helping us in our time of need. She is an incredible resource and so knowledgeable. She not only provided our family with excellent, friendly, and efficient service, but has followed up to ensure that we are all still a-okay and lice-free. I cannot recommend this service enough. From my initial phone call with Amy I felt immediately at ease knowing I would be taken care of with the upmost professionalism. When all of this transpired I was two hours away from home so unfortunately it was hard not being home but she walked my wife through all of the steps necessary to make their job a bit easier when they arrived at our home the following day.
