Educational, friendly and overall would recommend. Joanna and Katie worked on our family of 5, with professionalism and ease. As a parent and a healthcare worker, the educational standpoint was exactly what myself and my husband needed. Also, the teamwork at the Newton, MA location of these professionals was top notch and made me feel less anxious.
Today I went with my daughter-in-law and grandaughter .What a calm peaceful kind bunch of aunties .I was so comfortable and it was a warm professional atmosphere.Verrrrrry knowledgeable and so so amazing .
Had the best experience at Lice Aunties. My daughter is younger and has had reoccurrences of lice. This was our first time at this location. They were very communicative on the phone and accommodating during a busy time. They were patient with her - Kathy (hope I’m spelling correctly) was so kind to her and I’m just very thankful for their services.
