We have been working with Licciardi Builders for 10+ years on various custom design projects. Whatever customizing needed, they are willing and capable to do whatever it takes to get the job done to the most detailed specifications. Communication is excellent, never a complaint about change orders , just outstanding wholehearted service, with a genuine willingness to accommodate and collaborate to get the job done right. This guys are great to work with. We highly recommend them .
Licciardi didn't waterproof our foundation as they were supposed to! They cut corners and used foam!! We are now having the house dug up to reinforce because of their negligence. Terrible! (The system won't let me upload a picture for you to see).
