Dropped off my car for transmission issues. My car was under warranty and they said it would take roughly 2 weeks for approval from ford and to do the repair. 2 weeks go by without communication and I call for an update. Don't hear back from my service advisor, Harold King so I leave a message. 2 days go by without any update and I call again. Leave a message again.
