My truck was at their shop for a total of FIVE business days for a 1 hour diagnosis and a "2 hour" job for a transmission sensor. They lied about the price. They told me my total bill would be $405 and when I went to pay they made me pay $470. They said an extra part was needed and thought they should just keep buying parts and installing them till it was fixed properly. It would have been NICE to let me know let alone get my approval!
