While on the way to my appointment with the VA in Ft Wayne, I was following truck #24 when a rock or something flew up and shattered my windshield. I tried to wave the driver down from the adjacent lane. He did not pull over. I contacted them by phone and was told they will not fix my windshield because their truck was not loaded at the time. I can say it at least had one stone somewhere waiting to fall off. Sincerely, Disabled veteran
