As an out of province patient I found Dr. Chui to be very patient with my questions, very thorough at explaining the nuances of out of province treatment, extremely easy to deal with payment, records and referrals. Dr. Chui also gave me the gentlest eye injection of any of the Ophthalmologists I’ve been treated by. I can't understand ever time I have to wait more than one hour to see the doctor, even if I have an appointment.
The ofhice may be a bit busy but the sraff are efficent.
I found Dr. Chui and her staff very professional. It was my very 1st visit & treatment in Cranbrook. I am so grateful that Dr. Chui and her staff commutes all that way so I wouldn't have to. Dr. Chui is very efficient and caring Dr.
I’ve been coming to Dr.Chui for over 15 years, the last 10 travelling from AB. Her expertise in diabetes and ophthalmology is why I travel. She always remember my life details even though I see her once a year. Her staff is polite and professional. My appointments from check in to completion have always been less then 30 minutes She is a specialized care provider working to help many people.
