TERRIBLE!!! Aweful person so why be a doctor? She was rude and mean to my elderly parents. Everything they say here is true. We had to wait over 2 hours and when we finally got to see the Dr. she was condescending and rough with my dad. Even scarred the side of his eye. Do not use this Doctor!!!!!
I am deeply concerned by this doctor’s treatment of elderly Asian patients. She appeared impatient, raising her voice and showing a lack of respect when they moved slowly or asked questions. In my opinion, this behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards vulnerable patients. Doctors should show empathy and patience, but this was not my experience here.
Dr. Chui is amazing, she is always professional and personable. Her staff are great too. I've been seeing her for over 15 yrs. Yes the wait times are long but what do you expect, it's a crazy medical system here. You get your eye dilated, that takes minimum 30 minutes, then you get the pressure test and then you see Dr. Chui, this all takes about 90 minutes. Seems very reasonable to me. I'm sure she gets behind some days but what doctor doesn't!! She is well worth the wait!

Horrible hygienic conditions, brutal wait times and Dr. Chui was rude and insulting. Syringe wrappers and garbage littered all over working areas and desks. Stop overbooking and show some compassion for all your patients. Disappointed that I would be referred to this doctor and that this is what we call “the best”.
