This review is about 10 years overdue—so yeah, sorry Jeff! When I moved to NYC back in 2012, every shop I went to managed to screw me over in new and creative ways—first with my Audi, then with my BMW. The final straw was when one place installed a bad transfer case on my BMW. Like, come on. That’s not even a cheap mistake. I had a great experience with LIC Auto Service! I had an urgent issue with my car, and they were super quick to help. Tom was really nice on the phone and got me in for an appointment the next morning. They explained everything clearly, were upfront about the work, and very professional. I really appreciated how honest and helpful they were. The price was fair too. I definitely recommend them!
Reliable service always. No rip offs. Cheaper labor than dealers & trustworthy employees.
